We have focused on creating unique fusions of Korean and Mexican which blend to produce delicious combinations that we use in a variety of dishes.  Our dishes take beautiful flavours and colours from our salads to our pickles and are filled to produce  visually stunning plates that taste as good as they looks.



Sustainability has generally been ignored in the fast food industry. It is our obligation to do what we can to correct our current course. KoMex Kitchen is on a mission to prove that street food can be nutritious and tasty but also sourced sustainably which is why our meat is traceable back to the animal and why we work with local suppliers and use the freshest produce served up in 100% recyclable materials. Additionally, we aim to monitor and reduce food wastage by donating to good causes or disposing food properly . We hope that we can be the change the industry needs to see and lead by example.
